Refund PolicyPaint Until You Faint wants to give you the best experience possible. So we want to make sure we are ready for you! In order to serve all our customers as best we can, we adhere to the following policies:
Reschedule or Transfer
You can reschedule, put your reservation on hold, or transfer your participation to another painter, as long as you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
You can get a full refund on reservations if notification is received 48 hours prior to the class start time.
Loss of Payment
If no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start time, refunds or reschedules are no longer possible.
Policy for parties of 3 or more
This refund and reschedule policy applies to parties of 2 or less. Parties of 3 or more require a minimum of one week's notice to receive a refund or reschedule.
Maximum Transfers or reschedule
There is maximum of two times to transfer or reschedule your session
No transfer or reschedule fee
There is no transfer fee, or any other sort of fee. Just like you, we too have dealt with the phone company and the airline industry before, and we don’t like paying fees either.
